Surface treatment machine F-Decor 405

The F-Decor 405 CNC decorative finishing machine is a compact CNC bench-top machine designed for surface finishing of mechanical workpieces. The machine structure, featuring a solid grey cast iron base plate, is extremely compact and stable.
All necessary components are integrated into the machine housing: mechanical axes, pneumatic components, control system with drive electronics and a built-in 15-inch touchscreen display.
Depending on the desired configuration, the F-Decor 405 can produce decorative patterns such as graining, Côtes de Genève, colimaçonnage, soleillage or decorative milling on mechanical watch components.
The machine guarantees the highest precision combined with high productivity. The F-Decor 405 is delivered ready for connection to process your specific application.

Two spindles: For maximum productivity, the F-Decor 405 is available in a Perlage version with two independent spindles.

Large working area: The F-Decor 405 features a generous travel range of (X / Y / Z) 250 x 150 x 56 mm, whilst still maintaining compact machine dimensions.

Usability: Optimised for touchscreen operation. Flexible interface with freely programmable buttons. Additional mechanical buttons on the front of the machine.
Beckhoff CNC compliant with the IEC 61131-3 standard; easy to program, with many macros and cycles already included.

Optimal extraction: Central extraction system integrated into the machine. Prepared for connection to an extraction system. Highly flexible for extraction at the workpiece or at the spindle.

Automation: A fully-fledged interface for robotics and automation is already integrated into the standard version.

Potential-free contacts: Interface for up to 4 external devices (controllable via the M function) already integrated.
